At SIJARA we have among our top priorities to constantly provide the right supports and incentives for each member of our staff, it has become a commitment to them and to the future of the SIJARA community, which we take seriously; commitment that depends and is largely based on our effort to build a culture of well-being and general development for both our workforce and the community around us and that is home to our facilities.

We have various programs in which our workers are the gravitational center, which aim to expand their capabilities and improve their skills from a comprehensive approach that allows them to rise as well as access new, numerous and uplifting opportunities that are of help to become better workers, professionals and human beings.

From the first day of work, the new staff is totally clear about what the next step is and the different options they have within SIJARA to progress in their professional career, our programs not only expand the knowledge of our collaborators regarding to the business in the tobacco industry, but rather provide them with the tools and develop the necessary skills to lead in their respective areas and access higher levels, in this way we empower our staff and trust in their ability to meet the objectives of all type inside and outside the SIJARA community.
